Which areas are supported?
The app is for houses and townhouses in Stockholm whose collection is handled by Stockholm Vatten och Avfall (SVOA). The schedule is fetched from SVOA based on your address.
I’m not getting reminders
Make sure you’ve allowed notifications for Sopbilen STHLM under Settings → Notifications on your device, and that reminders are enabled in the app’s settings.
The schedule looks wrong
Collection dates come directly from Stockholm Vatten och Avfall. If something looks off, check your address in the app and try refreshing. Any remaining errors in the schedule itself come from SVOA’s data.
How do I change my address?
Open Settings in the app and choose “Change address”.
Does the app cost anything?
No. Sopbilen STHLM is free and has no accounts.
What happens to my data?
All data stays on your device. Read more in our privacy policy.
